Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well being.
Hatha yoga uses body postures (asanas), breathing technique (pranayama) and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bring about a healthy body and a clear mind. Hatha yoga postures stretch, align the body and promote balance and flexibility.

- Yoga Mat
- Water
- Towel or Blanket (for Savasana)
- Yoga Blocks (if needed)
- Yoga Strap (if needed)
